The institute building is architecturally conceived on green building concept to provide natural light and air circulation keeping in mind the coastal weather conditions. The main entrance is at the North-East corner and the total built up structure of the main building is about 350,000 square feet with spacious class rooms, laboratories, administrative offices, separate common rooms for boys and girls. The building has been aesthetically designed with four courtyards at the four corners.
