ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR PARENTS

Mr. Manjunath Bhandary, Chairman, sought the parents’ support and guidance to make Sahyadri one of the best Engineering colleges. He also requested the parents to make frequent visits to the institution and encourage their wards to take part in every opportunity provided. He advised the parents saying, “Don’t pressurize your child, marks are secondary. Once he develops his interest in the subject, marks will automatically follow.” He assured the parents that the institute will motivate and encourage their wards in all possible ways.

He congratulated Ms. Rashmi Parvathi, a budding researcher who won the gold medal at the I-SWEEP International Convention in the USA.

Ms. Rashmi Parvathi shared her experience and thanked the Chairman, and her parents for all the support that she received from them.
