A two-day workshop and coding event for students on python programming ‘Codezilla2k17’, organized by Aptra Technologies and Mozilla Club concluded with lot of excitement and thoughtful insights. Event included hands-on session on python programming for students of our institution and from various other colleges. First place was secured by St. Joseph Engineering College, Mangaluru with a Trophy and Cash Prize of Rs. 10,000 and Second Place was secured by Canara Engineering College, Mangaluru with a Trophy and Cash Prize of Rs. 5,000.

Valedictory ceremony was chaired by Mr. ManjunathBhandary, Chairman, Bhandary Foundation. Prof. Balakrishna S S, Vice-Principal, Dr. J V Gorbal, Dean Academics, Mr. Rajesh Naidu, Program Director, E-Cell, Mr. Karthik Bhat, Unicourt and Mr. Manjesh P Shetty, Regional Coordinator, Mozilla distributed certificates and Trophy to the winning teams. A total of 150 participants were given certificates and the organizers have acknowledged the facilities provided by Sahyadri in the smooth conduct of the event.
